Cooking with What You Have

A gentle reminder that good meals do not require perfection — just curiosity, patience, and a well-loved pan.

I used to wait for the perfect grocery run before cooking something worth sharing. Now I start with what is already in the kitchen and let that decide the meal.

A lemon, leftover herbs, and a handful of greens can become dinner if you give them enough olive oil and time. Imperfection tastes better than delay.

This is less a recipe and more a permission slip: cook simply, season generously, and sit down while it is still warm.
