EduFlow was built for institutes that needed one quiet place for attendance, content, and reporting — instead of a pile of spreadsheets and chat threads. The goal was software that stayed out of the way so teachers and admins could focus on students.
The product
We shipped a SaaS toolkit with day-to-day essentials: roll calls that didn’t feel heavy, content delivery that worked on slow networks, and reporting that answered the questions leadership actually asked. The interface stayed intentionally calm — fewer screens, clearer paths.
The outcome
After building and selling into institutes, EduFlow was acquired by a larger firm. That chapter taught me how to ship for real users, price with confidence, and hand a product over cleanly when the story is ready for its next owner.
